Issue:
You do not have the correct
password to access your NComputing/vSpace Administrative Console.
Resolution:
In order to reset the password for
the NComputing Administrative Console, you will need to re-install the
software and reset the password through the installer. To do this, complete the
following:
Launch your NComputing software installer
- The installer will request a password, type anything.
- The installer will inform you that the password is
wrong, select OK.
- You will then be asked if you forgot your password,
select Yes.
- You will be prompted to restart your installer, select OK.
- Your password is not reset; you may Cancel the installation and access your
administrative console.
