Error: "One or more incompatible modules..." or "win32k.sys"Cause:The "One or more incompatible modules..." is an error message in NComputing terminal server software and is caused by a file version mismatch between Microsoft Windows system files and NComputing software. In most cases this mismatch is a simple check sum error and has no vSpace or system functionality impact. You may receive this error message if any of the following are true:
-A Windows system file is incompatible or untested
-NComputing Terminal Server software is not current
A recently released Microsoft Windows service bulletin or knowledge base patch is typically the cause of the check sum error.
Resolution:If you are not experiencing an issue with performance or functionality it is advisable to disregard the error message. If functionality or performance are being affected, remove the most recent Windows updates installed, update your vSpace software, or contact NComputing Technical Support.
Workaround:If your NComputing Terminal Server software and Microsoft Windows operating system are up-to-date and you are still receiving this message you may need to make the following change(s) to remove this error message and/or achieve proper functionality:

Remove most recent Windows update
1. Click Start, and then Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
2. Verify that the Show updates option is selected.
3. In the Sort by: drop down, select Date Last Used.
4. Locate the latest update(s), hotfix(es), and/or security update(s), select them and the click Remove.
